Terms of service

Gigi Supplements Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, “Gigi”, “Gigi Supplements”) aims to fulfil the needs of our business customers with the highest standards of service and professionalism. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, the following terms outline the basis of our business transactions.

“Stockist”: Any approved retail entity purchasing products from the Company for resale.

“Products”: The supplements and related goods sold by the Company.

“Order”: A request by the Stockist to purchase Products from the Company (Gigi Supplements Ltd.).

1. Scope of Service

These terms govern the sale of our products to businesses, including but not limited to retailers, distributors and other resellers. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Consultation and Medical Advice

The information provided on our website or by our team is for informational purposes only and is not intended to replace professional medical advice. It is your responsibility to ensure that the use of our products complies with applicable laws and regulations in your region. Consult with your legal or health professionals if you have any concerns about the use of our products.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to our logo, visual design and trademarks, is our exclusive property. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property is prohibited. Approved Gigi stockists have permission to use the branding & marketing materials available in the Training & Marketing section of this website. You are not permitted to share such content with any third parties.


4. Orders and Payment Terms

  • Order Acceptance: Orders are subject to acceptance by Gigi Supplements Ltd. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

  • Pricing and Payment: All prices are including taxes, but not including shipping and handling unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be outlined in our invoices and must be adhered to as per the agreed schedule. 

  • Price Changes: The Company reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

  • Credit Terms: Credit terms may be extended to qualified buyers based on our assessment. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw credit terms at any time.

  • Minimum Order Quantities: The Company reserves the right to set minimum order quantities. Current minimums are 12 units.

5. Delivery and Risk of Loss

  • Shipping Terms: Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates and we are not liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Returns and Warranties

  • Return Policy: Returns of non-defective products are subject to approval and may incur restocking fees. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Defective Products: We warrant that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Defective products must be reported within ten working days from delivery date for replacement or credit.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the replacement value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, in which Gigi Supplements Ltd. is incorporated. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or, failing that, through binding arbitration.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest version of the terms will be available on our website and will apply to all transactions going forward.

10. Training

By becoming a valued Gigi stockist, you agree to complete the mandatory training associated with our product portfolio (available via Training & Marketing tab on the Gigi Stockist Hub). This extends to the members of your team. 

It is of high importance to Gigi Supplements that all members of our Stockists team have a good level of understanding of our products; what’s in them and who can benefit from them. The Gigi Supplements team endeavour to support all of our stockists with both in-person and online training to support this level of comfort with recommending our products.

11. Stockist Obligations

Sales Practices: Stockists must sell Products in their original packaging and must not alter or misrepresent Products. 

Compliance: Stockists must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of the Products. 

Marketing: Stockists may use the Company’s trademarks and marketing materials in accordance with the Company’s guidelines.

12. Confidentiality

Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the course of business. 

Non-Disclosure: Neither party shall disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

13. Termination

Termination by Either Party: Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days' written notice. 

Termination for Cause: The Company may terminate this agreement immediately if the Stockist breaches any term of this agreement. 

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Stockist must cease selling the Products and return any confidential information.
